1 General terms of use of www.yoghsoap.com 

1.1 Please read carefully these General terms of use (“Terms”) on which this website www.yoghsoap.com (“Website”) is made available to you (“You”/”Your”). They represent a legally binding agreement between Laska ot prirodata Ltd. and You, as a user of the services offered by www.yoghsoap.com. By loading the home page information/ browsing through other pages/clicking on active webpage links you agree to be bound by these General terms of use.

The General terms of use are always available on www.yoghsoap.com. Laska ot prirodata Ltd reserves the right to alter and amplify them at any time without prior notice.

1.3 Our website is organised in such a way that it allows you to browse through product information, technical characteristics, prices and delivery terms without providing your identity information.

You can place an order for a delivery of YOGHSOAP products on www.yoghsoap.com either by making a single order without registering as a user or by adding your personal details and creating a client profile. By choosing either way, you should provide exact and detailed information about yourself and declare that you are over 18 years. 

1.4 If You do not wish to be bound by these Terms then please refrain from using Our Website.

2.1 The website www.yoghsoap.com is the property of Laska ot prirodata Ltd., registration and VAT number BG203801471, based in Bulgaria, Chomakovtsi 5989, Sedemdeseta Str. 2A.

YOGHSOAP products are crafted by Laska ot prirodata Ltd., which is the responsible entity under Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 (Cosmetics Regulation) listed in the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal of the European Commission.

2.2 If You have any questions, complaints or comments on this Website then You may contact Us on hello@yoghsoap.com or by post to Bulgaria, Chomakovtsi 5989, Sedemdeseta Str. 2A.

3 Buying Products on our Website

3.1 To order a product You will need to follow the ordering procedures set out on the relevant order page.

3.2 Details of the prices for the products and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed on Our Website. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of Your order. The price of any product includes VAT but excludes any delivery charge.

3.3 You undertake that all details You provide to Us for the purpose of purchasing goods which may be offered by Us on Our Website will be correct, that the credit or debit card, or any electronic cash, which You use is Your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods. We reserve the right to obtain validation of Your credit or debit card details from Your card issuer before providing You with any goods.

3.4. Discount codes and offers cannot be redeemed on sale or promotional items.

4 Orders and liability

4.1 Placing orders

Our website offers two ways of ordering YOGHSOAPproducts (1) though a single order form and (2) through a registered client profile. During the ordering process you may view your selected products and their prices and complete your name, e-mail, phone number, address, PO box, selected payment method and delivery options.

By clicking on the “I confirm my order” button you complete your order and conclude a sale and purchase agreement with Laska ot prirodata Ltd. for the ordered goods at the agreed price. Our system will generate an automatic confirmation, which will be sent to you by e-mail.

4.2 Prices and payment methods

All prices announced on our website are in Bulgarian lev inclusive of VAT. For convenience, we show prices in Euro.

Laska ot prirodata Ltd accepts payments in Bulgarian lev made (1) in cash on delivery – the price is to be paid to the courier upon receipt of delivery; (2) by bank transfer directly in the account of Laska ot prirodata Ltd. (3) with a credit or debit card payment through the EasyPay system during the order process. Choosing to pay by bank transfer or with a card, you agree for Laska ot prirodata Ltd. to receive an advance payment of the price of the ordered products.

The product prices do not include delivery and shipping costs.

Laska ot prirodata Ltd. is entitled to refuse any order placed by You. If Your order is accepted, We will confirm acceptance to You by email (‘Confirmation’) to the e-mail address You have given Us on ordering. 

4.3 Delivery and receipt of ordered products

Your order will be delivered by courier Speedy to the address you have specified within 7 working days from the date of Your order. We do not accept orders with a destination address outside of Bulgaria and do not deliver outside of Bulgaria. 

In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to your omission (nobody was present at the address specified in your order and/or nobody answered the phone call of the courier) the courier will bring the order back to Us and we will inform you accordingly. All expenses for the re-delivery are entirely at your charge.

4.4 Cancellation and return policy

You may return ordered items for no particular reason within 14 days from the date of delivery if the following conditions are met: (1) The product is intact and sealed in its original internal and external packaging; (2) The product shows no stains or traces of use, and has not been used; (3) The product is accompanied by the original document with which you received the order; (4) The cost of returning the goods is at entirely at your charge.

To opt out of the contract you need to send us a notification via e-mail and send Us back the products not later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your cancellation. After We receive the returned products and verify their condition, We shall reimburse You the amount that covers the value of the returned products.

Amounts paid in cash on delivery will be refunded only by bank transfer to your personal account within 14 days from the date on which you have notified us of your order cancellation.

All amounts paid by debit/credit card shall be refunded to the card account from which payment was made. If in the notification of cancellation you have not indicated that the costs of returning the products are at your expense, the same will be deducted from the refund.

You may exchange ordered products with others or we can refund the value of the order. We only refund the value of the items and not the cost of delivery.

5 Liability and security

5.1 The responsibility for all actions performed on behalf of a registered user by using one’s username and password is the responsibility of the person whose data is submitted in the client’s profile. Laska ot prirodata Ltd. is not responsible for any unauthorised third party use of your client account.

You are solely responsible in all respects for all use of and for protecting the confidentiality of any username and password that may be given to You or selected by You for use on Our Website. You may not share these with or transfer them to any third parties. You must notify Us immediately of any unauthorised use of them or any other breach of security regarding Our Website that comes to Your attention.

5.2 Laska ot prirodata Ltd. has the right to refuse to serve a customer who provides false or inaccurate personal information and to delete their account without prior notice. Laska ot prirodata Ltd. has the right to refuse to fulfil a subsequent order of a client who has refused an order more than once.

5.3 All content and services on Our Website are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. We do not make any representation or give any warranty (whether express or implied) in respect of Our Website or its content, including, without limitation, any advice given (on a personal or general basis) and statements made by advertisers on or via the Website.

5.4 We do not accept liability for damage to Your computer system or loss of data that results from Your use of the Website. We do not guarantee or warrant that any material available for downloading from Our Website will be free from infection, viruses and/or other code that has contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and virus checks (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy Your requirements for the accuracy of data input and output. You are responsible for ensuring that Your computer system meets all relevant technical specifications necessary to use Our Website and is compatible with Our Website.

6 Reselling of YOGHSOAP® products

6.1 All products available on Our Website are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products.

5.2 We reserve the right to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe may result in the violation of our Terms.

7 Protection of personal data

In order for us to accept and process your order, we need the following information:

• name and family name
• e-mail
• actual phone number
• exact delivery address

Laska ot prirodata Ltd. handles your personal data in accordance with the requirements of the legislation on personal data and takes all the appropriate measures for their protection. Your personal information will only be used to provide the desired service. 

By completing the single order/registration form, you authorize Laska ot prirodata Ltd. to process your personal data as necessary to provide you with the desired service, including to contact you directly in case of questions concerning the order or delivery or in order to inform you of service improvements at www.yoghsoap.com. Your data will not be edited, shared with third parties or used for purposes other than those described herein without your express prior permission, except when required by law.

7.1 You must ensure that the personal information You provide is accurate and complete and that all ordering or registration details (where applicable) contain Your correct name, address and other requested details.

8.2 Your use of Our Website and its content grants no rights to You in relation to Our intellectual property rights including, without limitation, trade marks, logos, graphics, photographs, animations, videos and text or the intellectual property of third parties in Our Website and its contents.

8.3 You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, record, transmit, commercially exploit, edit, communicate to the public or distribute in any way the services, web pages or materials on the Website or the computer codes of elements comprising the Website other than for Your own personal use.
