For orders up to BGN 90.00:

• Delivery to a personal address with Interlogistics - BGN 6.00.
• Delivery to a Speedy office - BGN 6.00

For orders over BGN 90.00 - Free delivery

DELIVERY TIME

Orders placed by 17:00 on a business day are processed within the day, and are fulfilled within the next business day.

Orders for Bulgaria - delivery within 3 days according to the courier’s service schedule of your region.

International orders - please contact us for pricing at: hello@yoghsoap.com. We work with Bulgarian Post, DHL and TNT.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail followed by a call from a member of our team. If there is a problem with your contact details or the availability of any of the ordered products, you can also expect a call from our team. After our call to you, you can always add products or replace some of them.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Orders placed through the website www.yoghsoap.com can be paid for as follows:

• With the "Cash on delivery" service (postal money transfer) - you pay in cash to the courier upon delivery of your order by the courier company Speedy or Interlogistika.
• Bank transfer with the order number as reference to our bank account: IBAN: BG68BPBI79401082262201
• Online with debit/credit card VISA, MasterCard through the EasyPay system

ORDER CANCELLATION

Any order can be cancelled free-of-charge until 18:00 within the day of the order itself. Orders placed after 18:00 can be cancelled free-of-charge until 12:00 the next day. To cancel an order, email us at: hello@yoghsoap.com or call +359 898 597 556.

* Refunds are made to the bank account/card with which the order was paid after you formally cancel the order.

In the case of a cancelled order outside of the specified terms or in the case of an uncollected order from a Speedy office or a personal address, the customer must pay for the return of the order to the address: 19 Shipka Street, Chomakovtsi 5989.
